We had lawn issues with weeds and bare spots and requested their lawn analysis. Someone may have come by, but we did not personally meet with anyone. A technician began to spray our lawn last fall (at $40 per application) and continued until we discontinued this month. The company is unable to let you know when the technician is scheduled to come. The same technician did each application according to our invoices. Our lawn looked promising until June, when the hot weather began and areas were turning brown. I called to request someone look at the lawn and recommend what else we needed to have them do and I inquired if aeration would help. I was transferred to their sales department and read a script about what lawn aeration would do. No one offered to come and assess the problem in person. I purchased the aeration service for $80 and they created a separate account as if we were new customers which created billing confusion. I called and the technician had to return to complete the aeration in an area along the parkway that was neglected, but this was done promptly. I waited about 6 weeks, but unfortunately the aeration did not seem to improve our lawn status. I called in mid-August and, again, requested that someone knowledgeable come to meet with us and tell us what was wrong and why our lawn looked so bad. They said someone would, but we were never contacted. Our regular technician returned in early September to do a routine application and my husband saw him and told him to not do it as I was still waiting to meet with someone about our lawn. He advised us to call the office or the application would automatically be rescheduled. Our invoices do not show that our lawn was ever treated for insect damage which other companies have now assessed that we have (that is what caused the brown areas). In my final call to their office, I requested cancellation and was offered all sorts of customer satisfaction guarantees and that a manager would come out within 2 days to see us. I declined as I am not confident that they can live up to their promises based on our experiences over this past year.

Last year I had a contract with them for the year. I was ready to call them this year when they had shown up. I thought that was convenient, although they did spray my lawn without my permission. I did let them know that I wanted to have their services this year.

They do a great job of calling ahead to make sure it is a convenient time to come. The lawn looks very good and they seem to be doing a great job. I like that they keep us informed and educate us on how to care for our lawn.

I think that the overall experience has been positive. My lawn has noticeably improved. The backyard was landscaped about a month ago, so now the price has increased. I have not been giving them anymore service.
