Did everything as advertised. Had a difficult time getting bath tub installed, but came back 3 times to get it right before I tiled the walls in. Was satisfied.

We had a house fire in 2012 and he was sub-contracted through Utah Disaster Kleen-up to do the plumbing.
Upstairs tub: He thought the felt for the tub was for the inside so the drywallers etc, would not scratch the tub. My husband had installed the previous tub and knew better and the instructions even clearly showed it is to go under the tub under the "feet". I had to tell this plumber, who has been doing this for years, that he had installed the tub incorrectly. He and his assistant (I was not there for this) shoved the felt under the tub and left it all crumpled, but it was sort of where it belonged. We asked for a pressure valve for the tub, he did not know what this was, and I had to explain it to him. He installed it UPSIDE DOWN! My husband fixed it. We also asked for a special shower head, but it will not fit because he installed a cheaper shower surround than we had before and it will no longer fit (we were not given the opportunity to choose our own surround and tub--this was a decision made by the UDK rep at the time). When I reminded him of the shower head I had asked him for he "did not remember" me asking for it. Also our old drain we could pull out the stopper and clean the drain, this one does not allow for that. I had made no request regarding this, but had believed we would have a stopped we could remove. I have never seen one that could not be taken out.
One note: we had been told by UDK and the plumbing inspector that whoever had installed the previous tub and surround and sweat the joints must have been a supremely proffesional plumber because they had done such a fantastic job. What they did not know is that my husband had installed it. I am very upset that a professional could not do as competent a job as my husband who does not do this for a living. However I will admit that my husband is very picky about doing things as exactly right as possible.
Upstairs bath sink: Was leaking. Another plumber was called in by UDK to fix it.
Kitchen sink and disposal. The tap has never quit leaking, and has been replaced once by another plumber, this may be a faulty tap design. It appears Mr. Casper left the disposal not completely connected and was leaking. Another plumber was called in by UDK to fix this.
He had to re-route the water for the kitchen sink. We have seen no leaks and don't seem to be having any issues with this.
Fridge water: we have had no issues with this of which we are aware
Downstairs bath sink: was leaking, my husband fixed it
Downstairs toilet: was not secured to the floor and was fixed by another plumber.
Downstairs shower: We went away from cultured marble to a plastic surround and base. He and his assistant installed the base not leveled and blamed our floor. Not sure if he could have easily leveled the pan or not. The big issue is the install of the shower surround. He left it with more than an inch gap between it and the pan and called that good. The gap was forward from the pan not up above. He called this weep holes. We could see light from the bathroom into the laundry room. We asked him to fix this. He refused. We called in UDK and after a lengthy discussion about how the shower was un-useable and would leak into our laundry room right against the furnace, UDK told him to fix it. The fix, spend a small amount of time notching the 2X4's to accommodate the new plastic surround. This was after the 2nd or 3rd fix, when we finally called in UDK. Also the drain cover we had before screwed down so we could take it off and clean the drain, now it is permanently affixed and we can not clean out the drain. I have not looked at other shower pans to see if this how they all are now, but I don't like it. Once again I did not request a removable cover, but had believed this is how showers are made. And we did not pick the surround, it was picked by UDK rep and Judd Casper.
He also said our home required a new pressure relief valve (I believe this is what he called it). So not having seen any of his work yet, I agreed, and now our water pressure is not good. I would say our pressure is two thirds of what it had been.
Overall, I am not happy with his work. I am not saying this to be mean at all. I am saying this so others will know what my experience was with him. And hopefully with Mr. Casper knowing this he will be able to make improvements to his work and maybe even choose to update his skills, as plumbing along with everything else changes over time.
Things are working okay around here, but there are things I am not happy with and my experience with him was overall negative.

I have been engaged in some major remodeling in our basement so I reached out to CASPER PLUMBING INC for all of my plumbing needs. I was very happy with the service Casper provided and I feel that they provide a great value for the price of the projects. The team at Casper is highly skilled in dealing with all types of plumbing systems and I would use them for any plumbing project that would come up.

Called at about 6:30 p.m, they gave a quote over the phone and showed up as promised at noon the next day to do the replacement. Only took a little over an hour and they hauled away the old water heater.
Can't draw too many conclusions on price - they were about $100 less than another high rated A.L. company - but with a $400 water heater plus an hour of work.....they made money on the deal. I was happy to have it done....

They came right out. They seemed to be professional. They installed the water heater, and I think it is good. They did a good job. They were really good. They came on the weekend and fixed it. It is easy to get hold of them.

As planned, no problems. Have used Jud for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Not the cheapest, but high service value makes it worth it.

This was a good experience. He explained everything and seemed easy to work with. I think this plumber was so good because he worked well with an older home. A lot of plumbers only work with new construction. We have a 50's rent house and our plumbing was not good because of the way the house was built. This is going to be paid for by our insurance.
