Just great! When have you ever had a contractor who was on time!? Mike was always there when he said he would be, as were all of his sub-contractors. That surprised me each time it happened - it was fabulous. The planning stage took me forever - I planned and saved for about a year, and Mike was patient with all my questions before I was even able to start the job. I really appreciated that he wanted me to have what I wanted, and he expected each step along the way to be completely done properly. His subs really respond right when he asks them, so he must be great to work with from their side as well. I also pulled up tile floor in kitchen and carpet throughout the rest of the house. I was not able to afford the sand and finish hardwood I wanted, and ended up having to go through a separate sub to have a pre finished hardwood floor installed. Mike's crews worked around the folks who were installing the floor.
