BRYAN PONS ENTERPRISES

Mr. Bryan Pons installed a new furnace in my rental Unit in April of 2019. He did not have the correct size, so he told me he could go 1 step bigger and that by doing this, the furnace would not have to work as hard, to which I said OK, not knowing this would never work correctly. I had some tenants in that Unit that would only be there in the evenings and never told me when things were not working correctly. In 2020 I was finally made aware that the furnace was not working as it should. Bryan was always too busy to come and see what the problem was. So I had several other HVAC people look at it, and determined that the furnace was too big for the Unit, meaning it would never work correctly! Bryan Pons finally agreed to come and take a look at the problem, and attempted to jerry rig it to try to make it work, all the while denying what the real problem was! He finally admitted that the furnace needed to be replaced because it was indeed too big! Because the furnace was a few months beyond 1 year he asked if I would pay him $200.00 to help defray his cost! So I decided to help him out by doing this, just to get the problem solved once and for all! The new furnace was installed Dec. 15th, 2020. The following Dec. 10th, 2021 the furnace stopped working correctly, while under warranty, and Bryan Pons refused to fix it, even though it was under the warranty! Bryan told me that I was partially at fault because I believed him when he told me that it would be OK to install a furnace one size larger than what was necessary!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I'M PARTIALLY AT FAULT FOR BELIEVING HIM?!!

He started early and finished on time. Bryan is personable and provided quality product with a reasonable price. We have used him before this and again are glad we did.

He is really dependable, and is willing to go the extra mile. He also told us things we can do to prevent problems from happening again. I would recommend him to others.
