I do the full synthetic oil. I'm using a special oil so the price is more. I go there all of the time with my cars.

They're really good. We take our vehicles there quite a bit. We go to them because they're straight up and honest. They don't do stuff that doesn't need to be done and they have competitive pricing.

I like that they did a good job, and my vehicle doesn't leak after that. Other places that I have been to, don't fill it up and it starts leaky. It is hard to get an appointment because they are so busy.

Bob handled the job! We got there for our appointment at 4:00 in the afternoon. He only charged me $15 to swap out all four tires! We didn't have the lugnuts for the new tires and we brought the car back the next day and Bob changed the lugnuts at no cost to us!!! This service was amazing! I am impressed with Bob Jones and the service he provides! Bob is extremely personable! I sat and chatted with him while they were working on my son's tires, and he was very pleasant to conversate with! His business practices of taking care of his customers has resulted in an exceptionally level of repeat business.

A friend of mine introduced me to Bob Jones Tires. I was skeptical at first that a tire retailer could also repair cars reliably. There was no need for me to worry.
I've taken my Subaru Forester in to Bob's for everything from oil changes to hose replacement to fixing rattles under the car to replacing wiper blades. They've done each service promptly, professionally, and well. Customer service is excellent and I enjoy chatting with whoever might be in the front office when i come in. They are all wonderful gentlemen.
I've also taken my MINI in for tire rotations and minor servicing. I'll be buying my next set of MINI tires from Bob.

Our whole family has gone to them for about ten years or longer. The owner Bob Jones is very personable, and takes a personal interest. He even checks on his customers to make sure they are ok. Has a great staff as well. And better prices than most places.

They are very prompt and professional. I called in to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed. They were able to get me in the next day. They finished it in a timely manner and they are pretty competitive in pricing.

I called in advance to schedule and when I arrived was initially told that it would be an hour until they could get to me. That was before I told them I had an appointment. Once they learned that I was the next one serviced.

I walked in without an appointment, and they troubleshot and fixed my tire rims, recommending I have a front-end alignment. When I didn't have time to wait for them to fit me in for that, they recommended another place to go where I could have it done immediately! Great service.

Back in 2006, when the warranty on my truck was about to expire, I took it to the dealership to see if it needed any service that might be covered. The dealership came back with a list of $1200 worth of work they said needed doing. I took the list to Bob Jones for a second estimate on the cost. Bob did a thorough inspection of everything on the list and told me the only thing that needed to be done was the replacement of the serpentine belt, which cost $100. The vehicle went another five years without requiring any service. Bob could have easily gone ahead and done everything on the list and sent me a nice fat bill, but instead he only did the work that was actually needed. I appreciated his honesty and I have been recommending him to my friends ever since.

I have been getting my oil changed here for several years now. They have always been quick and reliable.

He is terrific. He has adjusted my car brakes and put on 2 new sets of tires on different cars. He has also done tune up and oil changes on my vehicles. He not only fixed my 2 bent wheels of my car, but also went to the extent of finding the rims, so I did not have to buy new ones. He also took of my old rims and switched it to the other side so it looked even on both sides. He is really good and his prices are also fair. A friend of mine recommended him to me and it turned out to be a brilliant recommendation. Anytime he had to keep a car longer than he expected he would be calling 3 times a day. A good mechanic is worth their wait in gold.

They did all sorts of repairs to our truck over the last year, and it has all turned out fabulously! I was very impressed with them! They were also very responsive and called all the time to update us, and the price was very reasonable.
