About us

Bluebird Renovations is a full service construction firm - we are fully licensed and insured. Our services range from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full scale home renovations and additions. As part of our building services, our contracts contain terms of agreement as well as payment schedules to ensure that there is a mutual understanding of what is expected as part of the process. Over the years, we have created great working relationships with our subcontractors who understand and follow our same commitment to our customers. All of our subcontractors are also licensed and insured to do business in Utah. Building Services Include: -Comprehensive Project Estimate -Project Timeline -Obtaining All Required Permits -Overseeing Inspections -Coordinating Building and Subcontractor Schedules -Engineering Structural Plans (if applicable) -Budget Management -Job Satisfaction/Completion *Prices for Building Services are subject to the scope of work as outlined by the client/contractor consultation.

Loved the finished product. Really glad we went with Zac. We can tell a lot of people respect him. Loved his crew as well. This was our first major project like this and it took longer than we were quoted - and we were quoted a few different times. That was hard for us, but in the end we would recommend and hire again - assuming that finishing on time is not critical. We wished we had better timelines along the way - we had a hard time knowing if we were on schedule and that was the only responsiveness issue we experienced. Again, very happy with how this turned out, Zac has a high attention to detail, great ideas on layout, and we are confident that we made the right decision going with Bluebird Renovations.

Bluebird Renovations is your one stop for whatever you need done in your home. You can put your complete trust in Zac's ideas and workmanship. I had in mind some work I wanted done to renovate my basement. As soon as I talked to Zac I knew he was capable and professional. He lead the way. He helped me plan my project; the plumbling, flooring, electrical, floorplan, lighting, and he even helped me choose paint color. The project began with detailed plans and accurate estimates. He and his crew did fabulous work. Everything was done on time. We added on additional projects to the original plan, and still it was done on time. I will call Bluebird Renovations for all my future projects.

We loved having Zac and his partners work in our home.  He was always there first thing in the morning and worked all day to make sure the timeline was met.  Zac is an extremely hard worker, very professional yet laid back and easy to talk with.  The work he achieves in impeccable and flawless and he always cleans up after himself.   We have recommended Bluebird Renovations to many family and friends who have chosen Bluebird for their projects.  All have nothing but good things to say and are all very satisfied with the work that was done.
