BLACK BEAR LANDSCAPE

I found Black Bear on a web site. We'd hired landscapers the past two years who had not worked out, so I told him up front that I wanted a general spring clean up and then weekly maintenance, and that I was not interested in someone who would not show up after the first couple of weeks. They assured me that they were different and that they'd follow through. They had me deposit half of the yard cleanup amount ($225 of the $550 they quoted) before they would start and asked me to sign a contract for the weekly work and the clean up, which I did. They did a good job on the cleanup (although they initially put manure on a flower bed we didn't want mulched and skipped the flower bed that we asked them to do) and came for the weekly maintenance a couple of times. Then they suggested that we should add three 6 foot trees in the front yard (for which they charged us $900). After they got the $900 it was like I was dealing with a different company. I've had to beg them to come back to do the weekly maintenance (they've come twice in the last 4 weeks), and they are ignoring my emails. Anybody know a good landscaper who will actually show up???
