Best Plumbing Inc.

The first time we had an emergency situation and basically took the first plumber with 24 hour service who didn't sound like they were trying to overcharge us.  Stuart (or Stewart?) came pretty darn quickly, fixed the problem effectively, and even taught us a few things about our plumbing.  And he didn't complain about having to be waist deep in a hole in the ground filled with spiders.  On top of that, we felt the price was completely reasonable, especially considering the emergency and the fact he was there for a few hours and it was after 11:00 when he left.
This time, our kitchen sink was clogged, and Best Plumbing was the first call we made.  Luckily, Stuart was able to come just a few hours later, and yet again fixed the problem, educated us some more about our plumbing, and the price came in very fair.
We have been very pleased with Stuart at Best Plumbing (cannot speak to others on their staff), and they will always be the first call we make in the future.

He's nice.

They were there right on time, and were able to come within 30 minutes of my call (even though it wasn't an emergency). They didn't have the necessary part for my not-usual boiler on the truck but were able to run back to the shop and bring the correct part. They are the only plumbers/HVAC folks I have used in the last 10 years, and as long as Ken Neeley is in business, they are who I will call.
10 years ago, the first time I hired them, they replumbed my radiator system, and did some underground work as well, during a remodel. At the same time, they were willing to simply advise me on another part of the job I was doing myself. They have earned my trust and respect.
