Earnie is extremely earnest about providing great service at a very reasonable price. When my Breezair suddenly died, no one else (inc. SwampTech) would service it. But Bear Claw did. Earnie diagnosed the problem as a broken fan belt, then found a new one and replaced it. All in about an hour's time. He always does a great job.

I will have him do all my HVAC servicing from here on out vs doing it myself. He is honest. He did not at any time give me any sales pitch regarding upgrading as many other HVAC have done. If, and when I do replace or upgrade this furnace, I will use this company. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Ernie has worked on the swamp cooler and furnace at a rental property and he is fantastic! He tells you a price (Very reasonable) and sticks to it. Completes the job when he says he will and is very friendly and accommodating.

Ernie did a great job. He not only installed the new airconditioner, he fixed our old wiring that was all messed up, cleaned up our zone system, and made sure everything worked great. Besides his extremely competitive pricing, he is the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with in terms of communication, returning calls, and coming by to make sure everything is working as it should. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ernie for any future needs and will absolutely be recommending his company to friends!

Ernie is AMAZING! Not only did I ask for an appointment as soon as he had an opening. Due to my address, Ernie told me was going to do another job near me. He asked if he could do this job TODAY!! Not only did he turn he water on, there were some broken and lime covered items. He replaced them. I recommend this business and Ernie more than 100%!!

I heard about Ernie from a friend. My home warranty could not come out for 3 months. He came over the next day and replaced one of the shafts in the squirrel cage. He was super polite and incredibly knowledgeable. He took apart and cleaned my entire furnace. Education is big with him, he likes to teach and inform his clients. I was lucky my home warranty could not come out.
