Description of Work: Purchased a walk-in tub for my 89 year old mother to replace her bathtub for safety reasons. She was left no brochure nor was instructed on how to use any of the features such as the hand-held faucet. When she first filled the tub, it took over 30 minutes to reach the seat. She abandoned the effort and with the help of her neice put a timer on it and it took 45 minutes to fill up over the seat. I called the design specialist (David Adamson) and he sent someone out who verified there was a flow problem. They returned with a bigger faucet line and had to knock a hole in her bedroom wall to get to the faucet (which they did patch). They never told her that this new faucet would not have the hand-held feature. She is still uncomfortable about filling up the tub past the seat as she slides off the seat so now she uses a washcloth to splash water from the bottom of the tub to bathe. I followed up with David Adamson and was told they were ordering a new one from San Francisco and would call to set up an installation date when it came in. They never called back. When I followed up again they wanted an additional $350 and would need to knock another hole in her bedroom wall to install. My elderly mother does not want her house torn up again, nor is she willing to play additional hundreds of dollars because of their incompetence.
