This franchise handled the mold removal and rebuild process. The mold removal went okay, but the management of the rebuild process was a disaster. The communication has been very poor and time expectations for completion has been nonexistent. In all fairness, the quality work that their subcontractors performed was good. This project was started on November 11 and had a written service agreement date of December 6th It is now January 7th and the project is not yet complete. During the process the commode was broken. The crew pulled it so that the flooring subcontractors could install the flooring. They did not clean the area and left it over the holidays. This is highly unprofessional and unsanitary. They told me today that they will charge me 250 extra for repairing the commode. If you need the JUST for the mold removal they are fine. But, if I do this again, I will hire someone else to manage the rebuild project.

The estimator was congenial enough but for what they did, it was way expensive. I was in a hurry and only got 1 estimate. I am sorry I didn't get more. The serviceman was here for less than 2 hours, the mold was pretty confined, he did a good job in treating it, and I would have gladly paid $350, but $700?? I still cleaned the rug and contents. He cut away the carpet in the closet to treat the floor. Be sure you get a checklist of things they're going to do before agreeing. I understood a maximum of $800 worse cast senario. It definitely wasn't worse case.

"Due to the high cost of insurance for this kind of work along with other overhead costs when ever there is work done in an area the company is automatically into it expense wise upwards of $400 dollars. With so many lawsuits and confusion in the area of mold it creates really high overhead. I do understand though that it is not fun to pay that kind of money for such things and don't like charging it either. Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it."

Mark was extremely helplful, punctual, informative and did a great job. The homeowners were very pleased with how thorough he was and I will use him again for other properties I have to have remediated for mold.

They were the only ones I talked to who had certifiable methods and equipment to deal with mold. However, they were unable to manage the whole project, being unprepared to contract with a licensed plumber to remove and reinstall the tub. I will still hire them to kill the mold, but now I have to find a plumber and someone to do the demolition and reconstruction.

Prompt, professional, expensive. Could have done the job myself for a fraction of the cost but didn't have the time to spend drying the wet area and needed a professional to certify the mold had been erradicated.

Ty said it would take 3 days.... it took over 3 weeks and the project still wasnt finished correctly. I would not recommend 911 Restoration.

He is awesome. They are professional, competent, ethics, went above and beyond. The work he did, it got out of the house, he came back and picked it all up and left letters to the neighbors that he was sorry. He is just great.
