"[Member Name Removed], We're sorry that you didn't get a 2nd quote. The issue was researched and it was found that you were asked if we could send a technician to your home and look at your specific installation needs for free and with no obligation. It was recorded that you just wanted a budget price, which was sent in August of this year. As was mentioned in conversations, in general, we don't give written prices for new equipment installations without seeing the installation parameters because there are so many variables involved, and we don't want to be misleading. You were given a budget price for high end equipment, to assist your requests despite that however, and we're sorry that your second request wasn't found and responded to. Just so you are aware, there wouldn't have been anything more we would have liked to have done, than to have updated your quote per your request so you would have had the opportunity to purchase a new system from us. We really do installations better than a lot of other companies. Our technicians are outstanding, honest, neat, and take the extra time to set up your equipment properly at start up, so your equipment has a greater potential of excellent operation for many many years. We usually have much better prices than other companies too, because we get the job done right the 1st time. Because of our prices, experience, and integrity, there are many here that actually feel bad for people (not themselves) if a potential customer goes with another company. We hate seeing people ripped off. Again, we are very sorry you didn't get a return call. That isn't normally the case and we apologize.
