Excellent. I picked out remnants in their bone yard, they had lots to choose from. The whole process went smoothly. The installers did a great job.

We purchased a remnant piece of quartz from the Aspen Countertops "bone yard". We had picked out and purchased the piece that we wanted to use. The day before it was supposed to be installed I got a call from the sales rep telling us that they had somehow lost the remnant price we had picked out. The rep had us come in and pick out another piece. I was very disappointed because I had my heart set on the piece of Quartz I had originally picked out. Fortunately, I was able to find something fairly similar and it was still installed on time. Ultimately I'm very happy with the final product. But it is a bummer that the piece of Quartz we had originally purchased for lost.

We love the final product Aspen Countertops provided for us. However, I would never use this company again and counsel anyone thinking of using them to stay away. We told the contractor we would be on vacation for 2 weeks and they could go ahead and remove our old cabinets and countertops while we were gone. Well, when we returned we found our entire basement had been leaking, creating a disastrous flood. The cabinet team of Aspen Countertops had went ahead and illegally turned off our plumbing, but did not turn it off all the way. Only a plumber is licensed to do this, which they were not. The worst part is, Aspen Countertops never took responsibility for the water damage when clearly they had been the cause of the water damage. They said their insurance would not cover negligence. So, for this reason and for all the heartache of trying to get my water damage covered from Aspen Countertops, I would never use them again.

The designer came and was helpful, but once the deal was sealed would have no further contact.

They would only install countertop - and I mean only.  My husband took off and reinstalled all plugs and switch plates.  They removed the flush mount Jenn Aire stove and told me it was my responsibility to get it back in place from the middle of my kitchen floor.  The actual workers/installers took pity on me and helped me lift it back into place.

The sales guy, once he got the job disappeared on me. Ultimately I was not crazily satisfied. I was just one thump up and thump down and I would not recommend them with 2 thumps way up. The bottom line is that instead of solving some of the snags I need to be happy the way it is. There were things that frustrated me.

They were professional at every step of the process. It took a LONG time to get through the steps. I had hoped that since it was a tiny job that it would be done faster. No such luck. it was done just when they promised. The countertop is beautiful, well made and now I realize it was worth the wait. At the time, though we really needed that bathroom which made it hard to wait.

they showed up on time and were able to give a bid immediately. They also brought plenty of samples so initially it went smooth. As promised, the guy came out within 10 days to do final measurements, and they said there was about 2 weeks to get them ready. Fair enought. The measurer told us that the next grade up rounded edge was at no extra charge so we signed off on it. The next day the salesman called and said the measurer was misinformed and it was actually a $200 addition. I was not happy but paid it anyway. They called on a Friday night and said they'd be there on Monday (10 days after measuring) but nobody was home that day so we requested an installation date the following Friday and they were fine with that. This is where it all went to h***. They were supposed to be there between noon and five; showed up at 5:45 PM on a Friday and worked until nearly 10 PM. The measurements were HORRIBLE and many modifications to the wall had to be made to get them to line up. The window ledges stuck out nearly 3 inches (they were supposed to be 1.5 inches), Two of the joints were chipped after they connected them and the new bathroom vanity sat 1/2' below the mirror. To make it worse, the installer drilled the second hold for the soap dispenser 3/4and quot; further back than the faucet hole, making them offset?? I couldn't believe this....We called back on Monday and said we needed this fixed. It took another 4 days to get someone to look at it, then another 4 days to get someone to fix it. They were able to line up the holes on the sink (thankfully the bases of the faucet and dispenser were large enough to cover it, they fixed the chips, and brought new backsplashes for the bath vanity. Problem is, when they measured the new backsplash they left in 1/2and quot; spacers/shims, so my new expensive vanity sat on thin pieces of plastic at the corners. We expressed our frustrations to the new installers (neither crew was very good at english). We called AGAIN the next Monday (we're over 2 weeks in now) and they said they'd send another crew out. In the meantime, my wife and I received an email saying they'd give us a $20 gift card to Bruge's Waffles and Frites IF we game them a 5 star rating on Yelp. Oh, h*** no...and I told the guy at Aspen my dissatisfaction and having to lie to others wasn't worth $20. THIRD TIME they couldn't fix the vanity (they were out of our quartz) so they said they'd buy us a new mirror instead. Now, I have many friends and relatives that have had the same work done by other companies and had absolutely no problems whatsoever, but I thought by their having a 9-year relationship with Costco and the price being competitive with my 3 other bids (it was until I had to pay the extra $200 for the edging tht the others threw in for FREE) that I'd get a quality product. Be wary of them. I think one of my biggest disappointments, however, was the salesperson didn't call ONCE to check on our job or follow up. He got paid...why should he?

We were referred to Aspen Countertops through the Costco program. The bidding process was fast and efficient. We then selected remnants at their location for two new bathroom countertops. They came back to our home to do a template - also fast and efficient. The installation was done in a couple of hours and was completed very professionally. We were so pleased with the results and the price, that I hired them to do another small project at my office.
