Excellent. I picked out remnants in their bone yard, they had lots to choose from. The whole process went smoothly. The installers did a great job.

We purchased a remnant piece of quartz from the Aspen Countertops "bone yard". We had picked out and purchased the piece that we wanted to use. The day before it was supposed to be installed I got a call from the sales rep telling us that they had somehow lost the remnant price we had picked out. The rep had us come in and pick out another piece. I was very disappointed because I had my heart set on the piece of Quartz I had originally picked out. Fortunately, I was able to find something fairly similar and it was still installed on time. Ultimately I'm very happy with the final product. But it is a bummer that the piece of Quartz we had originally purchased for lost.

We love the final product Aspen Countertops provided for us. However, I would never use this company again and counsel anyone thinking of using them to stay away. We told the contractor we would be on vacation for 2 weeks and they could go ahead and remove our old cabinets and countertops while we were gone. Well, when we returned we found our entire basement had been leaking, creating a disastrous flood. The cabinet team of Aspen Countertops had went ahead and illegally turned off our plumbing, but did not turn it off all the way. Only a plumber is licensed to do this, which they were not. The worst part is, Aspen Countertops never took responsibility for the water damage when clearly they had been the cause of the water damage. They said their insurance would not cover negligence. So, for this reason and for all the heartache of trying to get my water damage covered from Aspen Countertops, I would never use them again.

The designer came and was helpful, but once the deal was sealed would have no further contact.

They would only install countertop - and I mean only.  My husband took off and reinstalled all plugs and switch plates.  They removed the flush mount Jenn Aire stove and told me it was my responsibility to get it back in place from the middle of my kitchen floor.  The actual workers/installers took pity on me and helped me lift it back into place.

Everyone involved was great to work with. After nearly ten months, the countertops still look brand new. Everything was ready to go right when they said it would be. The installers were polite and careful in our house and clean. Overall it was a great experience, and we have found nothing to complain about, it went about as smoothly as it possibly could have.

I worked with Jeremy and he was very nice, blunt and professional. The person that came to measure was very nice and efficient and I had him measure my smaller 1/2 bath while he was here, because I wanted to have that countertop done too.
They measured on a Tuesday, fabricated it the next Tuesday and installed the following Monday. The 4 mexican guys that came to install were fast and efficient and had it done in 40 minutes.
As for the second bathroom I never had it done, because it was way expensive. It is less than half the size of my master bath and they wanted to charge me the same $625.

They came out and installed new counter tops. It was fine, but they told me a sink to go with it but they didn't come and install the thing, and so, I had to go and find somebody else to come and install it. So, that was kind of weird.

The sales guy, once he got the job disappeared on me. Ultimately I was not crazily satisfied. I was just one thump up and thump down and I would not recommend them with 2 thumps way up. The bottom line is that instead of solving some of the snags I need to be happy the way it is. There were things that frustrated me.

They were professional at every step of the process. It took a LONG time to get through the steps. I had hoped that since it was a tiny job that it would be done faster. No such luck. it was done just when they promised. The countertop is beautiful, well made and now I realize it was worth the wait. At the time, though we really needed that bathroom which made it hard to wait.

they showed up on time and were able to give a bid immediately. They also brought plenty of samples so initially it went smooth. As promised, the guy came out within 10 days to do final measurements, and they said there was about 2 weeks to get them ready. Fair enought. The measurer told us that the next grade up rounded edge was at no extra charge so we signed off on it. The next day the salesman called and said the measurer was misinformed and it was actually a $200 addition. I was not happy but paid it anyway. They called on a Friday night and said they'd be there on Monday (10 days after measuring) but nobody was home that day so we requested an installation date the following Friday and they were fine with that. This is where it all went to h***. They were supposed to be there between noon and five; showed up at 5:45 PM on a Friday and worked until nearly 10 PM. The measurements were HORRIBLE and many modifications to the wall had to be made to get them to line up. The window ledges stuck out nearly 3 inches (they were supposed to be 1.5 inches), Two of the joints were chipped after they connected them and the new bathroom vanity sat 1/2' below the mirror. To make it worse, the installer drilled the second hold for the soap dispenser 3/4and quot; further back than the faucet hole, making them offset?? I couldn't believe this....We called back on Monday and said we needed this fixed. It took another 4 days to get someone to look at it, then another 4 days to get someone to fix it. They were able to line up the holes on the sink (thankfully the bases of the faucet and dispenser were large enough to cover it, they fixed the chips, and brought new backsplashes for the bath vanity. Problem is, when they measured the new backsplash they left in 1/2and quot; spacers/shims, so my new expensive vanity sat on thin pieces of plastic at the corners. We expressed our frustrations to the new installers (neither crew was very good at english). We called AGAIN the next Monday (we're over 2 weeks in now) and they said they'd send another crew out. In the meantime, my wife and I received an email saying they'd give us a $20 gift card to Bruge's Waffles and Frites IF we game them a 5 star rating on Yelp. Oh, h*** no...and I told the guy at Aspen my dissatisfaction and having to lie to others wasn't worth $20. THIRD TIME they couldn't fix the vanity (they were out of our quartz) so they said they'd buy us a new mirror instead. Now, I have many friends and relatives that have had the same work done by other companies and had absolutely no problems whatsoever, but I thought by their having a 9-year relationship with Costco and the price being competitive with my 3 other bids (it was until I had to pay the extra $200 for the edging tht the others threw in for FREE) that I'd get a quality product. Be wary of them. I think one of my biggest disappointments, however, was the salesperson didn't call ONCE to check on our job or follow up. He got paid...why should he?

I was not at all impressed with this company. The price was very competitive and the actual marble looks pretty good. Their sales person and other employees were not very friendly or all that helpful. We felt like we were on our own in trying to get the job done. Picking out the stone was tough. We had to go out to a supplier and the Aspen warehouse several times. All the while we felt like we were doing them a disservice. After the job was done, the installers forgot to seal the bathroom upstairs and they wouldn't come back to do it. There had been a mix up in our order and we expected to get a small refund which they never did. If you're willing to put up with a huge pain, you could probably get countertops for a fairly good deal, but I would not use them again.

Aspen Countertops were excellent. They contract with IKEA to do the countertops when you buy them from IKEA. When they put it all together, there were some sanding marks in the cabinets and so I called them and they came back out the next day and there are no more sanding marks on it. They were always very prompt and accommodating because they had to come out 2-3 times to do the kitchen and they always showed up when they said they would. Their price is excellent and I have recommended them to other people as well.

We were referred to Aspen Countertops through the Costco program. The bidding process was fast and efficient. We then selected remnants at their location for two new bathroom countertops. They came back to our home to do a template - also fast and efficient. The installation was done in a couple of hours and was completed very professionally. We were so pleased with the results and the price, that I hired them to do another small project at my office.

I've had a very pleasant interaction with them so far. They have been very patient with me in walking me through the process. I like their product including some features that I have not seen at other places, like kick drawers. I need to make some changes to the original design and until I do, I don't have a bid.

Friday was the culmination of a great experience with Aspen Countertops. It started with a wonderful salesman who came to my home the day after I called and who kept my needs in mind as he wrote up a bid. Then the project manager came into process and explained all the steps necessary to get me to where I needed to be with a new countertop installed. She then got the guy who took all the measurements and he came exactly when he said he would. Because they had the material in house already, the installer came within 4 days. His work was so professional and quick. The only hangup was his glue was frozen which caused one task that should have been 30 minutes to end up taking 45 instead. Now that's the kind of problem that I can live with. Also he was so polite, he asked my permission to use my restroom, which I thought was amazing. Before he walked out the door he made sure I had examined his work and was pleased with the installation. And yes, I was and am very pleased. I feel welcomed into the 21st century.

We had a problem angle that I warned about several times in advance and they missed taking that into consideration. This made it necessary to have a bigger overlap over our drawers, which I didn't like. They were willing to take $300 off the price for this. We'll be getting drawer pulls so we can more easily get into those drawers. I don't like the particleboard or whatever is supporting the laminate. I was told that it would be the same material as was under the previous laminate, however, it's less solid than the previous one. The new one is somewhat bendable and it vibrates easily with any motion, even when we're writing on a piece of paper. This is my biggest complaint I really dislike that material I thought I would be getting a hard, solid counter tops like the one I had before.

They were very professional, they had allot of good equipment with to give a quality estimate, it was immediate. They came up to Park City to give us a quote, the sales women that helped us was really good and friendly. I would recommend this company to others.
