AIRE-FLO

I recently moved into an older home which had two old furnaces (1975 and 1992). The 1992 furnace was completely shot and the '75 was limping along. I was concerned about carbon monoxide poisoning, so I chose to replace both furnaces. I needed to make a decision which furnaces to purchase. Aire-Flo representatives recommended the Lennox brand and showed me several models and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. They were extremely knowledgeable and did not try to push the most expensive unit. I have a large house (6400 sq ft) and was concerned about the winter heating bills. I purchased two top of the line units. They gave me a bid and told me it would not exceed that cost. It didn't. They spent two full days installing the units and were there exactly when they said they would be. They noticed that some remodeling had covered up some vents in the finished basement and they installed new ones. They worked on my water heater (which wasn't in the bid) and did several other extra things and did not charge me for any of them. They showed me what the "alerts" meant and how to use the programmable thermostat to my advantage. While it hasn't been terribly cold here yet it has been in the 30's on occasion. My highest gas bill has been $127!

They followed through with their service, they cleaned up their mess, were courteous, they even came back to make sure to make sure we were still happy with the product since they installed it before we actually needed to use it. I got what I expected for the money. They were referred to me by a friend and i have referred them as well.
