Excellent work, very professional. We have a water leak last week, called and spoke with owner. His worker comes in today, worked on the roof and fixed it. He patched cracked in the stucco to prevent more damage. Great work. Recommend 100%.

It has been great working with Bryan. He responded the day I called to accessed the problem (which was yesterday) and today he is fixing the roof.

This company's estimate was a lot lower that the other two I had received, and promised much more in what their services included.  They arrived at about 8:30 am and set up their trash removal trailer and started working on the roof.  I was asked where they should park their vehicles so they wouldn't disrupt any neighbors.  I was a homebuilder before I retired, and this is a crew that I would have liked to have working for me back then!   They were like a well-oiled machine with everyone knowing what to do.
 
They installed ice-and-weather shield, D-edging, and replaced all of the pipe flashing with new metal ones, as well as installing new roof vents.  They installed 21 sq. of roofing, and by4:00 pm, were in the process of cleaning up.  This is where they really did a good job.  With a blower, they blew all the loose granules off the roof and cleaned out the gutters.  On the ground, they made sure no paper. or garbage remained, and even checked the neighbors yards.  Finally, they used a magnet on the lawn to pick up any nails that might have been dropped.

Jess Wilkensen & his crew were reasonably priced, very professional and treated the job like it was their own home. Exceptional workmanship & clean up.

All went great they were one time they did everything they
said they were going to do, they even went above and beyond by adding a couple
of vents. They cleaned everything up as they said, they even picked up all the nails
with a high powered magnet and they got all of this done in one day. This is
the second time I have used Advantage Roofing they replace the roof on my house
two years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A week after we purchased our new home, the ceiling in our family room caved in from a leaky roof, which was missed by the inspector. Jess was quick to reply to my phone call and was efficient with his follow-up inspection and bid for a new roof. Knowing the severity of the roof, he even rearranged his schedule so he could get our roof done sooner than his regular schedule would have allowed. Jess and his crew were always professional, on time, and cleaned up after a days' work. We have had many people comment on how nice and the high quality work that shows in our new roof. I would and already have recommended Jess to friends and family.

It couldn't have been better. It was reasonable, the work was performed in a very timely manner and they were neat as a pin. They were very courteous and professional.

Jess is very professional and delivers a quality service. I had just had my stucco re-colored and he needed to be careful when installing my roof. I did notice after he left that the new stucco had a chip in it, and I had to have it repaired. That was disappointing to me that he didn't let me know, but overall he did good work as promised.

Great experience.  I highly recommend using Jess/Advantage.  He did a terrific job with the project.

Jess responded to our initial phone call, provided a bid, and had his crew out to the house in a timely manner. The whole process was explained to us and was done in a professional manner within the time estimate. They also looked for other trouble spots and erealigned some flashing that had come loose near a chimney. The crew cleaned up the job site which is always appreciated. We would not hesitate to call them again.

We chose them for the work after finding them on Angie's List. They did great job with the work. They provided great quality of work and completed the work on time.

I was very impressed with this small roofing company.  The owner, Jess has one crew and he is also on the roof with his crew.  Because he is a small company his quote was quit a bit less than the bigger companies.  He has a lot of knowledge about roofing and he advised me to have more work done than I had anticipated.  I was glad to take his advise.  His crew was on time and the job was completed in two days. They were very professional and very friendly.  I would use them again and also would recommend them to a friend.

The contractor was professional at all times.  He gave us a schedule and stuck to it.  The job was excellent.  We would hire him again if we need a roofing job done.  I am recommending him and his company very highly to friends.

Two years ago, we had a complete roof replacement by a company that is
no longer in business.  We had leaks in three different areas.  We got a
referral from a friend of my husband's of a roofer he had used, James
Tirocchi dba Advantage Roofing Repairs.  After receiving the referral,
James promptly contacted us and came out to give an estimate. 
He said he had some time that afternoon, so he got up on the roof and
checked it out.  He was available to make the repairs, and completed
them within about three hours.  He was honest about the roof situation
on a new addition, and as it was very flat, the wrong method had been
used in initially roofing it, so he said he gave it about a 50/50 chance
of not leaking more, and that down the road it should be torn off and
redone properly.  But that was over two months ago, and it has not
leaked a single drop, even with the recent near record-breaking
snowstorm.  But he did say that he was willing to come out one more time
free of charge if it did leak.
The other two leaking spots were around chimneys.  He was confident they
were fixed and would have no further problems, and provided a two-year
warranty for those.
In conclusion, James is a nice guy willing to work with home/business
owners who cannot at present afford to completely tear off and start
from scratch with their roofs, and he can provide an affordable,
dependable alternative to this, to buy you some time to obtain funding
for a more permanent fix, for which we are incredibly grateful.

Overall, I've been very happy working with Advantage Roofing and will quite likely use the company's services again in 2-3 years when we replace our roof.
When we initially called on Advantage Roofing to give us a roof inspection on our as-yet un-purchased home, Jess (the owner)
was very professional and honest about the condition of our roof. He could have told us that it definitely needed replacing, but instead gave his honest opinion that we could probably get 3 additional years out of it. We opted for some repairs that would get us by until then.
Why I gave a "good" rating for Price, Quality and Responsiveness (instead of "excellent"):
Price: We were given a good quote, and Jess followed through with that quote. I think I was secretly hoping he'd pull a slight discount at the end, but in any case, the price was good for the work done, and I have no problem paying for quality work.
Quality: The repairs were done in a timely manner and things looked good. However, there was a big snow storm the following weekend that blanketed a good 6 or 7 inches of snow on the roof to stay there and melt over the course of the following two weeks. Unfortunately, during these 2 weeks, we still had some leakage in our 3rd car garage (this was a problem previous to Advantage Roofing's visit, so it was not their fault--however, we'd hoped their repairs would fix the problem). We know ought to just replace the roof over the garage, as it has some odd roofing issues there. Anyway, Jess and crew tried to fix it on the first day, but this part wasn't sealed as hoped. So he sent one of his crew to come back another day to patch it over (for free). We haven't had another snow or rainstorm since then, but we'll see how the garage roof fares.
Responsiveness: Jess was extremely responsive over the phone, but email correspondence was slow. At times, when 3 or 4 days had lapsed between responses I wondered what was going on, but he's just a busy guy and I assume email takes 2nd fiddle to customers calling him up. Eventually, he gets around to the emails.
Punctuality: Awesome.
Professionalism: Awesome.

It went great!  Jess, the owner, is very personable and cares about all aspects of the jobs being done.  He is hands on with his crew/team, and has an eye for matching house colors with roof colors (we asked his opinion).  He was quick to respond with an estimate and he was organized when scheduling the work date.  No surprises when we paid for the work done.  Excited to recommend Advantage Roofing to friends!  Very refreshing to have great customer service and professional work done by Jess and his team!

The company was great; I loved them. I liked them because they spoke English, cleaned up and were timely. They explained everything to me, were easy to have around my house for two days and it seemed like they did a good job. They are the best crew I have had in here for years.  

Everything was done on schedule, in fact they completed the job in 1 1/2 days.  They cleaned up after themselves and didn't even damage my wife's flower beds!  They were honest and professional in every way with no surprises.  Our roof looks awesome and I highly recommend them, and I would use them again without hesitation.
