The carpet cleaning experience itself was excellent. The technician was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. When I scheduled the carpet cleaning, I was promised gift cards to be used in conjunction with the cleaning. I have yet to receive the gift cards or a credit on the cleaning despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation. I have contacted Chem-Dry a number of times only to be told that they will "get back to me" after they discuss the situation with the owners. The Chem-Dry I worked with was associated with a hardware store in West Jordan. Customer Service at that hardware store indicated they couldn't help me and gave me contact numbers for Chem-Dry. I am attempting to resolve the situation by contacting the hardware store's upper management.

They did a great job. They did the job very fast. You could tell that they were very experienced. They moved all of my furniture, and moved it back when they were done.

I would never use Chem Dry again. They absolutely did the worst job I have ever seen. I could have cleaned it better myself. They did not clean the edges of the carpet. They left them dusty and dirty.
