I worked with Teri Pierce to purchase my first home. Before going to Advanced Funding I went to two other mortgage funding companies. The first kept changing the amount I was approved for one month I would be able to afford a $150,000 home and the next I was only approved for $80,000. The second was just the same, but then I found Advanced Funding. I went there unsure of what to expect due to my past experience, but found it to be wonderful. Carol Pierce and her staff were able to explain the details of my funding and mortgage in such a way that it was easy for me as a first time home buyer. They worked effortlessly with my realtor and helped me get into the house I knew I could afford. There was a hiccup towards closing, but with their help it was just a hiccup and not a problem. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
