They professional and courteous. Handled a tough job without problems. And the job was reasonably price. The locksmith i go to.

Locked my keys in my car. Operator was extremely rude. Two guys showed up in what looked like a personal vehicle. They quoted me twice what the operator quoted. When I told them "no," they dropped the service call, which also didn't match the original quote. I told them no again, called the company. got the original quote and the work was performed for that price.

The whole thing felt a bit shady. I paid with my credit card and then cancelled the card for fear of it being used by these two guys for other purposes. (Don't worry; the company did get paid.)

They were very professional and did a good job.

They came at a late hour. I was grateful that they would come to an emergency late at night.

The person came on time (within 1 hour of contacting the provider). He was very prompt to get started as well. He charged us a very high fee at the end. For less than 1 hour's worth of work, it cost $120. He bought the surface bolts ($8 for two bolts). There was a $50.00 and quot;service call fee.and quot; I was not informed of this when I contacted the provider. If I were more handy, I could have done this work in an hour. I expected to pay $60.00 in total, but ended up paying twice as much. I don't think I will contact them again.

They responded quickly to our place of business and did the necessary work without trying to pitch new knobs and dead bolts like every other locksmith has in the past. They were professional and got the job done quickly and as needed.

The technician was polite, arrived on time and completed the work requested quickly.

They did exactly what I asked.

I contacted the company at approximately 6:30 a.m. and a technician was here by 9:00 a.m. The technician assessed the problem and determine that the deadbolt could be fixed by changing out a part rather than replacing the entire lock. The replacement was quick and the technician was professional and courteous. Great job!

I give them A's across the board. I would use their services again in the future.

They are good about coming quickly. A lot of times they can come the same day, which is good. I have some rental property and I always change the locks when somebody moves out. I have been calling them for years because they have been dependable. They are not inexpensive but they would tell me that I get what I pay for.

The locksmith dispatched by Action Locksmith was punctual, and he did a thorough job of repairing the damage so we could secure and lock our door after it had been broken by a burglar.

They came very promptly. Their price was reasonable. They had to put a new deadbolt on the door.
