When they work they are good, but I think that they have too many clients, and they tend to not clean up well. The price is average. Its competitive. They are ok, look at others also. Workers were fine, good.

They need to use a different mower. My husband doesn't like how they use those really heavy mowers and put indentations in our grass.  However, I would use them again.

We chose Action on a good friend's recommendation. e are glad we did. We called at the last minute but they squeezed us in before today's predicted snow storm. They completely cleaned all of the fallen leaves (including off of our pool cover!), trimmed lawn and shrubs where necessary, brought in the top soil (1 yard) and spread it where needed. It was a 4 person crew and they were extremely quick and efficient, completing the job in roughly 2 hours. We are 110% satisfied.

We woke up with a flooded backyard due a to a stuck sprinkler valve (this was discovered later). I found Action Lawn and yard care and called, Craig answered and within 20 minutes James was here, this was at 5:50 am. They found and fixed the problem and also discovered two other problems, which they showed to me and explained the issues in detail.
They replaced the sprinkler turn off valve, they replaced the broken circuit valve and they replaced the drain on one of the circuits.
I'm super impressed with what they did and how they did it.

I've used him for 2 years. It went excellent. He's really honest and professional. He tries to resolve a problem without trying to make you spend lots of money. He keeps the customer in mind.
