First and foremost, my membership is VERY new. Please know that am not some random passerby that was requested to give perfect feedback!! In fact I've been using Accuracy Auto for all of my families cars and trucks for over 10 years. They sold me my first car when I was 15-16 (parents cosigned) and we were, and continue to be so impressed with their honesty and consistency that the thought of taking our cars anywhere else makes me cringe. The reason I am a very new member is because they just gave people free access to make an account with Angie's List, so I figured I'd go and check out how they were rated by the more seasoned Angie's List people. I saw one very positive review and thought I'd add to it. In my personal experience over the last 8+ years with them, they are almost always the cheapest price for any car work. While you may find places that do an oil change for less, there's a reason. Accuracy Auto ONLY uses name brand, authentic OEM parts. The oil they use is straight from Honda, and it's a synthetic blend (hence why it's a little more). They have always been supportive of installing customer preferred parts. If you have a specific type of brake pad you want, they are more than happy to install them. To sum it up briefly, here are the highlights of why I love accuracy: -Most honest and friendly workers I've met. -By far the most intelligent mechanics out there. Nate in particular knows everything. Whether you bring him a car, truck, SUV, or even something that's not Honda/Acura he will know every single inch of the vehicle. I would be shocked if you could ask him a question that stumped him. - I love the piece of mind knowing that they will NEVER suggest repairs that are unnecessary or overpriced. In fact, if you have a repair that you need done, but cannot do it right away, they are more than willing to tell you, honestly, if it's safe to put off, for how long, and what to watch for! -I love that they have a complimentary tow service in case your car won't start or is broken down. - Don't let the exterior of the building fool you, when you walk inside it looks more like a cozy doctors office than a mechanic's garage. ( Clean, smells nice, leather sofa, TV, plants, A/C, free 150Mb/s wifi, granite table to sit at, very clean bathrooms, etc) -They don't talk down to you in fancy mechanics terms you wouldn't understand. -Finally, their integrity sets them apart from everyone else! In the very very rare event that there is a mistake, they make it right, fix it quick, and won't hold you accountable. Finally, if you're reading this and thinking wow, well this is a little too fantastical to be true. I assure you it's not! I am only posting this because I hate it when shops rip customers off. Accuracy will never do that, and that's why I'm posting such a detailed review. [Vehicles I've had services over the years include Honda accord, Saturn's, Ford trucks, Infinity G37, and a Honda prelude. They truly can work on/fix anything] I hope someone finds this helpful and that everyone reading this has a similar experience should they check Accuracy Auto out!
