I want to thank Zionscapes for a fantastic project. We converted our front lawn to turf and it looks amazing. Great commutation throughout the project. We had a small concern and they were Jonny on the spot to take care of it. We even hired them to do some additional work with our hardscapes. We would call them again in a second.

BUYER BEWARE! I must caution potential clients against working with Tyler and Christopher Meraz of Zionscapes, particularly due to my unfortunate experience with them. Zionscapes initiated work on my property before I had obtained HOA approval, displaying a disregard for necessary procedures. They repeatedly entered my property without prior notice and caused damages to my cinder block wall and house stucco. Furthermore, they failed to fulfill their promise of grading for proper drainage, as indicated in their quote and invoice. Despite their claims, Zionscapes neglected to provide essential documents such as warranty information and maintenance instructions, leaving me uninformed about the care of my very expensive investment. Only two months post-completion, I encountered burn damage and drainage issues, which Zionscapes attempted to dismiss by suggesting I should have laid a blanket down, an absurd suggestion given the lack of prior instruction. Communication with Zionscapes has been abysmal, with my concerns ignored and promises of resolution unmet. They have demonstrated a lack of integrity and professionalism by evading responsibility and failing to honor contractual obligations. In the end, my experience with Zionscapes has been deeply disappointing, characterized by subpar workmanship and a lack of accountability. I urge those seeking landscaping services and networking options, to reconsider working with Zionscapes and explore alternative options. 1/2 star is too many!
