Kevin and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Always punctual, and were able to accomplish the entire bid efficiently with little disruption to the homeowners. Cleaned up the site each day when they finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating remodeling.

Kevin has great vision and ideas. We were excited to work with him. Unfortunately, he never was on time for appointments and never met timeline goals that he set for himself. We ended up getting other bids and hired another contractor. He is just too busy and doesn't schedule his time well.

Kevin with White Glove really came through for us on this job. The previous owners of our house had put down sod right before we closed on our house but had done a terrible job. By the time we realized it, it was almost too late. I really appreciate that they worked late to fit us in their schedule. They saved our lawn!
We were in a crunch to find someone to help us and so availability was one of our top deciding factors in who to go with, but I feel like we lucked out with getting the best service as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to use White Glove in the future. I know I could trust that their service would meet or exceed my expectations. I am very impressed with Kevin's commitment to quality, and to doing the job right.

From the beginning, White Glove's Kevin Hansen listened to what we wanted, and contributed his experience and good taste to instruct us and improve on our ideas. He had some wonderful design concepts that were more than we could afford, and we had some ideas of our own that exceeded the target price, and Kevin was very pleasant, flexible and helpful about adapting the plan to our budget. Decorating and design are not our forte, so his professional guidance in this area was tremendously helpful.I never saw people measure like all the members of the White Glove team!! Because our 22-year-old custom house has a number of anomalies, many squirrelly adjustments were required on the floor tile, the cabinets, the granite countertops, the plumbing, really, every aspect of the job.
They went back and forth numerous times to make things fit well and beautifully. Where the walls were not true, they adjusted. Where the floor was not level, they adjusted. EVery piece was made to fit exactly. I respect that very much, and I'm so grateful for their integrity about this aspect of the work; although I didn't anticipate the difference it would make, I can see in the excellent result that all that measuring and re-measuring, and cutting and re-cutting really matters.We had an immovable deadline because of a large family gathering in the works, and we definitely did not give them enough time to complete the project in the usual time-frame, but they had it finished and cleaned up in time for our event.Everything is beautiful! The design is so much more functional than what I had before. The cabinets are exquisite, the fixtures are great.Very important to me as well was that the men working in my home were gentlemen. BEing around them frequently over the course of the month, I felt their good character and saw it reflected in their work -- the attention to detail and good quality, as well as their strong work ethic.We were treated so well, and received work of great beauty and quality. We would definitely recommend White Glove to anyone wanting to remodel.

I originally called Steele Plumbing to evaluate for a remodel of the bathroom. Steel Plumbing (listed on Angies List) referred me to White Glove Home Improvement. Contacted them and the owner Kevin Hansen came right out and gave me a quote for my project. When all was completed the original quote was the final price with NO surprises. Kevin along with his son and other subs were all professional, courteous and timely. I had a whirlpool tub with surround installed. Excellent work and happy with the finished project. From start to finish about a week.
