Better this time than previous. It still to way to long to complete. The atmosphere is noisy and a bit chaotic--not what I prefer when getting my hair done.

It went great. My stylist is very attentive to my requests. She asks questions as she goes, adjusting to my responses as we go.
My first visit needed a little modification (my fault, I wasn't sure what I wanted), and she was happy to fix it.
I usually get an appointment same day that I call or the next day, which is good for me and my poor planning.

It was wonderful! I am very picky about my hair and always have a difficult time when moving to a new area finding a salon that I like, once I do find one, I'm a VERY loyal customer. The first time I went I was very very happy with the service, it was wonderful and Laurie did a phenomanal job! The second time, I actually ended up trying a new place because Studio 359 was booked solid and I needed to get in sooner than they could accommodate me, and the new place was AWFUL. They messed my highlights in my hair up REALLY BAD. (Stay AWAY from Julia's salon in Hurricane Utah... that's where I went). So I went back into Laurie the second time and needed her to try and fix the awful mess the other place made and she DID. She did so well you really couldn't even tell how badly it had been messed up before. I was THRILLEDand gt; I'll NEVER go anywhere else again as long as I live in the area. Studio 359 is AMAZING and a LIFESAVER! A+++++ from this happy customer!

It always goes well with Loni. She is able to repeat what we like without being reminded about specifics. And she has a very pleasant personality, which adds to our comfort.
