The heater's in the attic.  He found some leaks.  He gave us one price.  But then things went easier than he thought and he knocked 15% off the price!  He was honest and fair.  I had my brother take a look and he said he good job.

One of our 3 units on our office building lost its air and the thermostat wouldn't work.  Called in late morning; Snow Canyon came out early afternoon.  Found a belt ripped to shreds on our unit, replaced the belt.  Opened a damper in one of the offices.  They also checked out the other units to see how those belts were doing.  They were on premises for an hour and took care of our problem.
