"Sewer gas appears to be coming from an outside man hole in the street. Cant do anything about that. Had to get parts for the job which suppliers were out of and had to order. Because he bought a service from angies list and I let him use it with a home warranty contract he paid me nothing for the service. Some times you do the best you can and you still cant please someone."

He was punctual, had the replacement water heater with him, installed and then cleaned up when job was completed.

Rob's helper Teri actually came out this time. He was absolutely fantastic. I have used Rob for several years. He has been great. He is reasonable and reliable. I just can't say enough about them.
