I can not give enough stars for Ammon in the Hurricane store!!! My macbook pro bit the dust and I was panicked because I adore this computer! Ammon systematically worked through my computer, going above and beyond, and even researched and talked to other techs about my computer. He gave it back to me twice and it rapidly declined so I took it back to him both times. Finally as a last effort he tried a fairly new technic (what could it hurt, he had done every thing possible) and it is still working 3 weeks later. My husband used to be a mac tech but things have changed so much since then and he was amazed at Ammon's knowledge and perseverance.

"First of all, Member did not receive counterfeit software. When a laptop, such as his Acer, is issued by the manufacturer it is fully licensed for the software OS it runs. Everyone knows this, and if you don't believe me, turn your laptop computer over and you will find your Microsoft License for your operating system. After reinstallation of his software, and several hours of work performed, Member was unsatisfied and was given a full refund for the work (that had been satisfactorily completed). We made no mistakes, and the work performed is a routine that works for 99% of the computers that come through our shop. The 1% of our customers that it doesn't work for, simply mis-understand what is happening, or are just setting us up for failure. It's a sad part of business, but it happens. Our technicians go through rigorous training to make sure customer service is top priority. We wouldn't offer the guarantee that we do if we thought our technicians were just out to make everyone mad. We also wouldn't plan on being in business if we just went about installing counterfeit software on every computer that came through the door.
