Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Mr Ramirez kept the ring one day. When we went to pick it up, he had found two prongs that were worn. He had needed to replace both of them, polished and cleaned the ring to look brand new. It sparkled and shined. Despite the need to replace prongs, he still only charged the estimated $40.
He was friendly, informative and thorough, taking his time to examine the ring and explain what he was going to do. Of course, until he got into the ring, he didn't know the prongs were damaged. Since he didn't charge extra for this repair, it did not affect the price.
