 + -1 moreThey are requiring a $400 fee because I didn't give them enough notice that I am moving. I have never been a problem for them and this is a lease. When I moved in, the place was a mess. They had someone come in and put in a new dishwasher. There was water on the floor, the linoleum was scraped, there were holes in the wall, and the old dishwasher was still here. There were old staples in the wall from the previous residents. The garbage disposal and dishwasher were supposed to go in the same double-outlet. Only one of the outlets works so I have to plug and unplug each when I wish to use them.
Description of Work: They have been my property manager for 3 years.
