 + -1 moreI tried getting INFOWEST to hook up internet in our little mountain town 4 times. The first time they didn't want to come up in the snow. The second time they told me I had to submit an application in person or by fax. (Ha! No fax machine!) The third time, I called their business number to set up an appointment. I was directed to voicemail. The fourth time I logged onto their website and tried to get someone to come up to our house. THere is NO option on their internet site that lets a person order online. It actually gives the person their PHONE NUMBER and tells them to call! One the person calls, guess what? VOICEMAIL. Infowest literally refused my business four times. Since they don't seem to care about potential customers, I hate to think about how they treat the customers they already have.
Description of Work: Since the people at INFOWEST basically refused to come out and hook up our internet, there were no services performed.
