 + -1 moreWe arrived around 9 am, i was seeing a doctor by 10 am and then had an MRI on my abdomin. The doctor oprovided me with some drugs to treat the problem and relieve the pain. I was on my way home feeling better within 3 hours.
Description of Work: I was experiencing extreme stomach pain and it was the only open service provider I could find on a Sunday. The emergency room staff were prompt and I was looked at within 45 minutes of my arrival.

 + -1 moreI think the experience went very well. They were very well organized. The nursing staff did well. The hospital seemed to be operating very well. The availability was very good. In terms of punctuality, I don’t know what to compare it to. I went through the insurance company for billing. There is no choice here; I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Dixie Regional Medical Center and I went there in November. I had a fall and I was there for 3 days in the emergency room for an observation.

 + -1 moreI argued the reasoning for the minimal testing and treatment they'd provided. It was so obvious that the staff was not cooperative. When my mother was inpatient last January I had no problem at all with this hospital. The treatment was A+. The emergency room service last night is where these grades come from. It was horrible. This was only one of multiple bad experiences we've had here. Dr. Daniel Madsen actually forgot about her at one time and felt it more important to leave her to go to church.
Description of Work: My mother, who suffers from osteoporosis, is dealing with severe pain. She was given an IV injection about a year ago and can't have it more than once a year. She awoke screaming in severe pain last night and I called 911. In the emergency room, Dr Michael Symond and the nurse Rod, gave her a very superficial examination and then asked "what do you want me to do?" After discussing concerns about her major health conserns and requesting pain medication and debating that, he finally provided a perscription for 15 tablets of the lowest dose of Percocet. He was very dismissive and was inthe process of sending her home after incomplete care.
