The dining room,, kitchen, hall and bath floor tile grout hadn't been cleaned professionally in 4.5 years (since new). We'd cleaned it with mops and home 'steamers' but the grout was grey / black in the traffic lanes. Rather than do a bunch of hand scrubbing, we thought we'd try a service, not expecting much. We've used Craig three times before for carpet cleaning in our home and RV, so had him out to look it over and give an estimate. Went ahead and had it done, and the tile and grout look new, grout is white again. Power scrubbed and truck mounted water rinse / extraction. Extremely pleased.
