 + -1 moreIt seemed as if the guy did not know what to do. He had to call and talk to his boss. He did fix the issue. The work was done to my satisfaction. The cost was what he said it would be. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: My computer went down. I had a virus on my computer, so he removed it.
