Punctual and professional.

Good experience. Excellent selection and service
Moved from Cal. and had only living room furniture. Bought Dining table/chairs, 2 beds with end tables and 3 dressers.
Bought washer, drier, stove and frig. All still working well.

The refrigerator leak was fixed by cleaning a clog in the freezer drain pipe. The Oven was working properly the technician took about 15 minutes to explain how the regular oven worked vs the convection oven. Did a great job of helping us understand the difference..
We had looked a different same brand mattresses and made a selection. The sales person was very helpful and patient (we visited the store several times) The price of the mattress we decided purchase was covered by the return of the old mattress. The sales person did not therefore receive a commission for the sale but stated she was very happy she had assisted us.
We have done business with this store for over 10 years, both purchasing furniture and appliances and having repair work done. Their sales staff and repair representatives have always been very profession and competent.
As a retired university professor, I give them and A+.

We had Boulevard Furniture conduct some appliance repair work. The tech was nice, did some work on one of my refrigerators, and dishwasher. However, he mis diagnosed a problem with my clothes dryer and it took over four weeks to fix and it cost me another $100 that I didn't need to spend. I called the manufacturer and they recommended a different repair services who fix it in one trip and saved me $300 from what Boulevard Furniture had estimated they would charge me for the same repair. I paid Boulevard Furniture over $500 for what little they did to repair my refrigerator (replace control panel) the and dish washer (replaced soap dispenser. I hired Boulevard Furniture because they were rated high on Angie's List. Next time I'll simply call the manufacturer and use their recommendation. This I have learned will save me time and money.

Excellent experience. Appliance had not been serviced for many years and it appeared a new refridgerator was going to be the only outcome. The repairperson, Blake Wheeler was on-time and set right to work. The end result was that the problem was merely a reset button needed to be adjusted. With the initial problem resolved, he checked all associated systems and basically insured the unit was operating properly. The cost was only the minimum time for a service call.
In addition to the above experience, the customer service staff at Boulevard was most helpful when contacted. They attemped to walk me through the possible solutions to the problem whthout having a service technition come to the residence. I declined the help and said since the unit had not been serviced recently, I wanted someone to come and insure all was operating properly
Will continue to use this company for all appliance reair in the future.

Just called told them the problem, set up a time. They were here fixed the problem, and left. Didn't cost a penny.

We purchased our GE washer at Home Depot, and it was still under warranty when it broke. We tried to schedule repair work with four other repair shops. I wish I could remember their names. (They all began with the letter "A" as we were working in alphabetical order). Three of them scheduled us, and then called back to tell us that they were just too busy and couldn't help us. The fourth one actually came out twice, said they'd order the parts, then brushed us off. Finally, Home Depot connected us with Boulevard Home Furnishings. They scheduled us, arrived on time, fixed the washer, and were extremely personable and professional. Fourth time's a charm.
