They are very good. I got a chair that was a floor model, and when I got home, I decided I didn’t like it. Normally they don’t take floor models back, but they did. I was then able to order a chair that I wanted. Their delivery service is $39 to deliver, no matter what is being delivered. You don’t have to pay anything for a year either except the $39 delivery charge. They have really good bargains at Ashley’s Furniture too. They are cheaper than big lots but the furniture is high quality.
