We came home to discover our house was quite warm. Too warm. No cooling coming from our old heat pump although the fan was working. This was during a heat wave of 113 degrees for a high. Called Air Care, who has been servicing our HVAC for a few years. They came out and checked it over, but it couldn't be saved this time. We did have to wait a few days for it to be installed but they were very knowledgeable, business-like, efficient and good communication in all our dealings with them. They also were great about making sure we knew about how we were entitled to a rebate with our power company and explained to us how to get it. We are very satisfied and will continue to call them for all our HVAC needs.

we have used air care before and have always been pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, price and service. they showed up when promised, were efficient and always pleasant to have around.

Very professional.  Arrived on time.  Answered all my questions and offered additional services/options but was definitely not pushy.  Presented themselves as caring and honest.  I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan for my furnace and AC unit which they thoroughly explained but did not try to sell it to me - I did not feel at all pressured.  Very happy with their service.

Very well, were there at the time they stated they would be, very pleasent, did the work in a timely maner and at the price stated and no surprizes.

They were punctual and very professional. They replaced the fan and I have had no more issues with the unit. They were recommended by a friend who also had a very positive experience. I would certainly use them again.

On the day of the installation of the Heat Pump system, he said he would be here at 10:30 am and he was here at 10:30. He called us after the first day of using the system and asked how we liked it, I told him we weren't at all happy with the way it heated our home. He has told us from the begining that he would do whatever was necessary for us to be satisfied with his services and the system. He then told us that he would remove the Heat Pump system and install a new natural gas system which we were familiar with; additionally, it was a dual fuel system. He did that the following week, on time and on schedule. At each installation, he also provided us with auxiliary heat during the installations. The price for the Heat Pump system was $4053, and he didn't charge us a penny more for removing the system and installing the new dual fuel system. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the job he did and the professionalism displayed with the way he did the job and keeping his word on satisfying us. I didn't think that there were people like that around anymore...amazing!
