I took my watch in for a cracked crystal. They gave me the option of using an aftermarket or OEM part. I later got a call and the repairman indicated there was a malfunctioning part in the movement. They gave me the option of repairing that part or not. They kept me apprised of the status of the repair and had the watch repaired when they said they would for the price they promised. Excellent communication and friendly people to deal with.
