Hello...my name is Maria I'm the owner of XDKA Professional House keeping llc, a house, office and rental property cleaning company We are licensed and fully insured and in need of new recruiting clients we count with references and over 12 years of experience. We are experts in move in/out spring or deep cleans give me and my team a chance to make your life easier... We work on a flat rate to save you more money and we are available monday-saturday and as soon as tomorrow every employee is fully train and we used organic cleaning supplies for those that request that every employee pas a back groung check before its hire so clients feel confident of who is coming in to their homes. Maria and her crew were very thorough and went above and beyond. Their version of deep cleaning was above our expectations. At one point they were using toothbrushes to clean the drawers! We look happy to having them clean our 90 yo father’s apartment every week. It comforting knowing he’ll be taken care of so well.

We were moving into a house that hadn't been cleaned by the previous owners. Went through Home Advisor and Maria with XKDA called immediately! She was able to fit us in the following day. Maria and her employee showed up on time. Due to us just moving in, I only had the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. Very pleased with her responsiveness and thorough cleaning!! Will definitely hire her after we finish unpacking to clean monthly!!

Maria is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome cleaner. I love how responsive she was to my messages and was willing to try to get is in as soon as possible. I have tried a few different cleaners and just felt like my place looked okay, but with Maria i was blown away with how great my place looked. Charges $200 more than what was quoted over the phone - work was not thorough. It appeared that the goal was to finish asap. Would not hire again.

"am sorry to heard that now... ok my estimate on the phone was $240-300 base on the condition if your home and estimated about 10 hours job so I came in at 9 am with my team of 2 ladies plus myself total of 3 labor person it took us just in your basement 2.5 hours total of 7.5 labor hours once we finish I ask you and your wife to inspect the basement and make sure we didn't missed anything and you were please with our job I also told you that I underestimated the job and that the new quoted was $420 just because it was my fault... you agree to new quote so we proceed and clean main level you you were really pleased with how we clean the basement and how good it look we work from 9 am till 3 pm non stopping in your home that is a 18 hour job when I told your wife that we were done and for you and her to inspect main level before we leave just in case you missed something we were right there still to clean she was a little surprise she said I thought it was going to take 10 hours and I said it did we actually went over the estimate time she was thinking 10 labor hours each total of 30 labor hours for $420 some people get a bit confused but after I explained to her she seems to be ok your wife walk the main level and inspect everything before we leave and she was really happy ui have pictures of before and after and it'[Member Information Removed] a big difference... so I dont understand how I get this kind of review"

They did such a great job! They went far beyond the basics wiping down cabinets, stair handrails, mini blinds, mirrors, etc. without being asked. They did the work with excellence and thoroughness that I didn't expect. I was so impressed and pleased! They were also friendly and responsive.

Maria was not only responsive to initial request for bid she was also great about following up and keeping good contact with us. She provided several options with short notice and during busy season and the team was prompt, professional and thorough - in fact they went beyond the minimal cleaning we were hoping for and took initiative and did even more. We were so grateful of all they did. The quality was really good and they communicated well while on site. Already thinking about how to use them again - such a welcome service from start to finish.

Maria’s crew initially came and deep cleaned my house before we moved in. Her crew then also cleaned the condo we were temporarily staying in before we could move into our house. Her crew now comes every other week to clean our house and they’ve done a very good job each time. They’ve been cleaning my house for a few months now. Also, coordinating with Maria has been easy and she’s been very accommodating every time I ask to change the schedule.

They did an amazing job! One of things that impressed me the most is that they got out stains that I had been working on cleaning for MONTHS with no luck! They were very timely and respectful of my house. It was a great feeling to come home to a clean house and use the time I would of spent cleaning on kids. Worth every penny! I’ve been using XKDA Professional House Cleaning every 2 weeks for the past 6 months. Before I found them I had tried 5 other companies before coming across this company and finally finding THE ONE. Maria and her team are great. I recently hired them for a whole-home cleaning before moving into a house, and they spent several hours thoroughly cleaning the home from top to bottom. Prior to the cleaning, Maria stayed in contact by text message and was even available sooner (though unfortunately I couldn't meet until our pre-arranged time). Superb cleaning quality and would highly recommend.

I met with Maria and she was professional and punctual when coming to my property for a quote. The 2 ladies that came to do the cleaning were also punctual and extremely hard working. This was a big all day project but they did amazing. No corners were cut. They were very detail oriented and thourough. I am very impressed and will hire them again for other jobs and regular cleaning.
