Property Management
My experience was terrible. Everything customer service related, business related, they were just horrible. They wouldn't return phone calls in a timely manner or respond to e-mail. They never sent me a statement and all these pages were in the contract. They never performed inspections in the home when there were repairs. They wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner. I had a dishwasher leak and it literally took three months to find out if it was resolved or not. My tenants are struggling with that. One of the biggest things is when my tenants moved out and they never told me. Again just bad business, uncaring, very unprofessional, not timely at all. Very bad properly management for both myself as an owner and the tenant.
