They responded quickly and the pesty wasp nest under my porch was completely taken care of along with the standard exterior pest treatment.

I still have some wasps coming in and out of eaves. Only occasionally now but still there. They have responded to my requests well and removed one snake I was able to capture. I like them.

They came out when they said they would. I expected them to detect where the mice were at or coming in from but they didn't do that. Expect for two of the traps I bought the same ones at Walmart. They did work. They said they would check back to see if we caught anything but haven't heard from them.

Peak came to my door soliciting their services. I thought why not give them a try my pest control company retired. Bought a package deal. First application was great. Second the guy just sat in his truck for 20 min. got out and threw some ant poison on the ground and left. He didn't apply it around the house or spray for spiders and bug which I also paid for. I called the owner and said I want a refund he said no, I said then I am done with your services. He said that's fine but you signed a contract so we will still charge you the full amount even if you don' t use us. I said that was not right he said he would send up another guy to respray but that there was no way out of my contract. So the first of April I got a notice from my credit card company that they came and sprayed for bugs outside. I'll have to take their word for it because they said they would only spray if someone was home. Funny thing I live in ogden Valley and we still had snow on the ground in March so how is that suppose to treat bugs? Consumer be ware these guys are bad!!!!!

at least one of the professionals did not seem to know much at all about rats or how to catch them, or how to prevent them. he scared away the ONE i isolated in the bushes and was knawing on a walnut. so i couldnt see it, or make sure it WAS infact a rat and not a squirrel. very disappointed. i told the guy who i talked to on the phone not to send him out again. nice people, but my time is very precious to me, and they wasted more than a few days of my time, by either not being successful in catching any rats at all, or by not coming out when i was available and making me miss sleep for work, to accomodate them on their sched.

They came when they said they would be here. The tech seemed to know his business. The tech was clean and professional. The pest problem was resolved.

I appreciate him cleaning all the cobwebs down from all the windows and eves of the house. The worker also took his shoes off at my door without me even asking. I so appreciated that.

Very easy to work with they do a good job spraying around the house and flowers beds at no extra cost! If I have any issues they come right out!
