Tim Oliver and Chad Zito are the owners and they are wonderful. They were great. Every single sub-contractor other than the painter they brought in was amazing. That is unusual. I don't know who the painter is. We left our house unlocked. We have known the people for a long time. They were just wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. It was a really good experience. The painters were pretty pricey and they are not done yet. I don't know the contractors. They are just the people that did the work for us. They just came and finished part of our gas fireplace downstairs. It was half of what the other places around here are charging. We are just really happy. Their kids worked for them, and that's a lot of it too. They came and did the framing. They were so respectful and so nice, and they didn't swear. We had stuff down in our basement and these boys moved my furniture for me. They were just nice. I know they are licensed contractors. They brought the most trusting topnotch field people. A guy whose last name was Neilson did the wood and trim for us. He did such an unbelievable job. He went through every step to make sure that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was unbelievably reasonable. All of them were. The drywallers were exceptional. I don't even get excited over these things, but I did. I would love to get their list of contractors because they did a very nice job. Koz was the main contractor. The project has been ongoing. They are still not done. We had electrical floors put in. My husband doesn't like to go in debt, so we paid as we went. We knew what the ball park figure was. They were really reasonable to work with us. We did look at some other prices, but I really don't know how comparable they are. But if we can trust them, and they are there and they show up, it is hard to put a price on that. You feel happy to pay what you pay them because their work was good. We had the contractor and all the different sub-contractors. We just didn't pay one big bill. We actually paid as we went. They were really good to work with us. The people that were supposed to be here on a particular day actually showed up. Koz themselves are wonderful people and so are the people that they have working for them. Most of them are kids and they are so nice and so respectful. They talked about boy scouts every time I went down there. I never even heard them swear. They have been just super. They are extremely professional. They actually built our house. They happened to get slow, but they have done things off and on for us over the last 20 years. I waited 20 years to do the basement. Sometimes contractors tell us different things about what can be don't and what can't be done when we want something done. I told Koz what I wanted. They were so good. They really listened and they did exactly, of course to code, what I asked them to do. It's a family business. We know them. I could trust them. They were here. We weren’t here and we left the door unlocked for them. They were that kind of people. All of the contractors were just wonderful to work with. I am not an easy person to work with, so they well deserve the high praise and they earned it. They were really good and honest. I felt they were really reasonable. We checked around on the painting and they said the painting was in line. I still think it was a little pricey. We are not unhappy with it. We were a little surprised by the cost of it. But they are not done yet. We would use them again in the future. I probably wouldn't use anybody else.
