Spots came back in a couple days afterwards. However, the pet urine smell has not returned.

"There seems to be a confusion on what was included in the deal and the additional service that you agreed to have done. The deal included Deodorizer, which we did, but it did not include flushing a pet spot from the padding. This is a 4 step process and it works very well but it is an additional cost. You agreed to this before we started our work so I'm a little confused at the bad review. I understand occasionally spots coming back and we would be more than willing to clean those spots again if you would have let us know. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us, because we strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every job. I just don't feel a bad review for these reasons is warranted."

I have used a lot of other companies and this is probably the best service I had ever had. The man was on time and knowledgeable and he really took his time to do it right. The price was fair as well.

He came in time. did a great job on my carpet. I couldn't believed how clean the carpet was after he finish. The true is that I din't think my carpet was going to look clean any more after four years of not have it cleaned at all. Yes I will use his services again and I would highly recommend his services.

They did a great job. They were late and they let me know ahead of time. I appreciated that they stayed in touch with me. The guy was nice and personable. The cleaning was done very well. He even threw in a couple of extras and did not charge for that.

It was all right. I left 2 men and then I came back. I was able to trust them while I was gone. They cleaned around the furniture. It was a fine job. I just opened the page pointed my figure and chose them. They did fine.

I hadn't had the carpets cleaned since moving into my house in December, and there were several areas that were dark with soil/foot traffic. They look so much better now! I talked to them on a Monday, and they were able to come out on Tuesday afternoon, and were finished in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend them.

The employees arrived reasonably close to the arranged time and worked hard to get the carpets cleaned. They gave extra attention to the areas that were more soiled due to heavier traffic; however, they were unable to get it completely clean. In fairness, I'm not sure if it was even possible to do so. Overall the carpet looked much better when they left than it did when they arrived. They applied stain preventive to the carpet for a reasonable price.
