Joe is punctual, very professional, thorough and honest. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or need when I wasn't sure I wanted to do one window; he said to live with the one window with the film and decide when he came back out (we had to special order for one window because it is so large, so he had to make two trips), and I decided not to do that window.
The film looks beautiful, offers privacy from our neighbors and is helping keep our house cool and our a/c bills down. I would definitely use them again.
