We have been using ERS for years. The setup of our building and warehouse wasn't thought out well and ERS has provided several options to make the existing system work more efficiently. They have been great!

I had them move the A/C compressor about 4 feet to make room for  patio construction. I called several places who said it would be at least $600 because coolant lines would have to be cut, evacuated, lengthened and re-filled. ERS did all this the same day for under $300. They didn't try to sell me anything else and I've had no problems with my A/C this summer. I only had one minor billing glitch which was resolved with a 2 minute phone call.

The blower on our furnace wasn't kicking on. I called and they sent a tech over 10 minutes later. The tech quickly determined the problem and my house was warm in no time. I was especially impressed that they came so quickly and gave me the option of replacing an expensive part or simply doing repairs. I gave them a B for price ($79), which seemed a little high for 1/2 hour of labor, but I honestly didn't do any comps so it might be right on. Overall though a great experience.

We think they were very good, they came out quickly. It was nice that they weren't pushy salespeople. I had a filter laying around, and rather than try to sell me a new one they suggested that I use the one I had already. They are very honest and trustworthy.
