We still have roaches after the 2nd time no change they are wose now then before they dont bring bait boxes they dont bring traps the spray they use is like water it doesnt work

Professional as always.  We always seem to have new questions each time (different bugs or new problem areas) and they are always patient and very helpful in explaining the answer.  We have been using them for 5 or so years now, and kept them when we moved to a new home.  I really like the owner (father), who seemed to love what he did and really cared about customers.  He brought his son along after a while, and he was similarly professional.  I hate long term contracts, so I liked how this company lets me pay each time, but after enough years of good service, I just pay the yearly fee and have them call me with a preset appointment each quarter.  It's very convenient.

We've been using Signature Pest Control for several years now, and have always had positive experiences. Travis and his son are very knowledgeable and professional. They always have great customer service, and have been a good company to deal with over the years. The last time I had them out, they took care of the Mud Dauber wasps and red ant problem, and did a quick and thorough job. I'd definitely recommend signing up for the quarterly preventive service - it's been well worth it for me.

Purchased the Big Deal for preventive exterior pest treatment. During that service discovered termites in the detached garage. Came back later to treat exterior for termites. Very professional and informative. I'd definitely use again.

Went well. The gentleman showed up early, and he was dressed in uniform. He looked very professional, and for a young man, acted very professional. The job took about an hour for a 10,000 square foot building. They did a great job, and used chemicals that were non harmful to humans. Overall I'm very pleased with them, and I will definitely recommend them to other people. Also I will be using them again.

He was smart and hard working. He really took over the problem while I was out of town. He made lots of follow up calls and even told me when it was time for his follow up appointment. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The company has been working with us for nearly two years. Travis or his assistant Marcus visit and provide personalized attention on each occasion. They spend adequate time ensuring that all bases are covered, are very personable, and take the time to check for potential problems. They are always willing to return between routine visits if there is a special need. my wife and I have had very few problems since they started to visit, despite living on the side of a mountain on the edge of the built up area. The few problems that we have had (e.g., wasps nests and a skunk) have been dealt with expeditiously in special visits. We would highly recommend this service for excellent work and very reasonable price.

I had two problems causing bugs to come inside my condo. First, the condo association decided to pull all the shrubs in front of my windows causing all the spiders and bugs living in them to try and take new residence inside with me. Second, Travis discovered a leak in my utility room which had served as a water source for a colony of ants. Disgusting. He was very thorough in looking throughout my house for any potential bug entries/exits. He placed traps in various places and explained every step of his process. The chemicals he uses aren't harmful to pets. His price was very reasonable. He was passionate about his work, very friendly and informative. I will call him back for any future pest problems.
