Water damage inside the master bedroom closet due to an ice dam on the roof. Responded in a timely manner to assess water damage inside and outside of the walls. Immediate action was taken to stop the problem and begin the drying of the carpet and interior walls. Coordinated all facets of interior and exterior repair. Very professional. Detailed analysis and billing facilitated smooth relationship with our insurance company. Also used them before in our previous house with a severe water line break flooding 2 floors. Would not go anywhere else for these types of emergencies.

They were horrible. All they wanted to know was if we had insurance. When we asked how much it would be, they told us that they could not give an estimate until they went back to the office and did some calculations. They came in EXTREMELY high. They charged us for every thing they could possibly think of. When I questioned them, they became very irritated and rude. I would NEVER, EVER use these people again.

They lied and tried to gouge the insurance company out of more money. I had to sue the company to get them to stop. They were very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: The removed all of my carpets, walls, and so on that had water damage.
