We should have saved the money we spent on the inspection to cover the cost of the problems that the inspector missed. The inspector found only a few minor issues, such as missing screens and a furnace that needed cleaning. We found a missing pane in a thermo window. One of the two panes was broken and had been removed. Window needs replacing. Several light fixtures were non-working and we had to replace those.
