THIEVES!!! We paid a $1,200 deposit to Andrew/Piccadilly Painting. Andrew kept pushing back the start date (for about a month) and then we finally cancelled having him work on our job as it wasn’t going to be done by the time we needed. Andrew indicated he would refund our deposit, but then stopped responding. It has been almost three months and no refund.

STAY AWAY! Caveat emptor. We hired and paid a substantial deposit to Andrew and Piccadilly for our house. He assured us painting would be done well and professionally (we had custom paints that had to be applied in a specific way) and on time (before the carpet installers and movers were to come). It was awful all around. Not only were they extremely sloppy and bad painters, they slipped deadlines and tried to blame us for it. We had to fire them and hire another painting firm to clean up their mess. They were 100% terrible and nobody should use these unprofessional amateurs.

His name is Andrew Hogan. He did a fantastic job painting. He was very reasonably priced. He was extremely honest and punctual. I cannot remember any problems or issues that we had with him. He came highly recommended by a friend, and we passed him on to other friends. We never heard one bad thing about him.
