I do not like to chat on the phone. I prefer to do everything through email. I emailed them back in early April about the service I needed. I did not get a response so I had to call. They said they responded but I never did get a reply. They then set a date to be at my house. They never came and didn't call. I emailed again and a week later they came out.
Like I said, they do really good work and the price has always been good. Just getting commitment on date and time has been a challenge for me.
