 + -1 moreOverall, this could NOT have been a worse experience. An absolute avoid at all costs. He took the money and ran. He never finished the job and left me out about $3800. He never gave me the products that I purchased nor did he even refund me a dime for the products and the services never provided. A complete fraud. Now that I hired a professional company to finish the job only to find out several short cuts and poor quality of his work. Small claims court is next for Jesten but this is your warning to find anyone else to do your home entertainment jobs.
Description of Work: I hired Jesten to install several TV's in my home as well as do programming work with a Control 4 system which I have networked in my home. Everything started fine all up until the point I pre paid for his servies and some equipment. That is when everything fell apart. He missed no less than four appointments to do the installation of TV's and outside video camera's. That is in addition for paying him for the labor which fo course never happened since he refused to show up.
