They have been great! The yard has never looked better. Not only mowed, but edged, repaired sprinklers, etc.

This is our third year using Clean Cut to mow our lawn.  We've been happy with the service up until this year.  Not sure if ownership / management has changed, but I never get Mark anymore when I call.  This year I've noticed that there are often grass clippings left all throughout our flower beds, which looks messy; and sometimes the grass clippings were left on the lawn rather than bagged and removed.  When a sprinkler was broken during mowing, it took over a week for them to repair it, and because we were out of town, our neighbors had to do a temporary fix so we could get some water on the lawn.  Now we've asked for three weeks for them to mow an adjacent ditch when they come to mow the lawn, and despite assurances that it will get mowed, it still has not.  I don't even want to call anymore because there's just no point.  We'll be looking for a new lawn service provider.

This company is excellent. The workers are responsive, understand english language well ( unlike previous landscapers we have used), and do excellent work. We have used them for more than a year and are very pleased with all aspects of their service.

The owner gave me the estmiate and was puntual, friendly and professional. We walked the yard and he expressed understanding of my needs and we settled on a price. When the work was done initially, a crew came out without a full understanding of my needs and the price had gone up $75 from our agreed upon terms. I was out of state and not able to see or coordinate this. When I returned, I called Mark and he made the situation right by coming out and doing what we had talked about. This happened very timely and he was very concerned that the ball had been dropped.

Clean Cut was superb. They announced themselves each time they came as well as asked if there was anything special that needed doing. They are honest and reliable.  I couldn't ask for a better crew.

this was the second time I called Mark to work on my flower beds- his guys get the job done, they are attentive, good at what they do and require very little guidance.

Not much to say they did a great job

Had them mow the lawn twice before cancelling.  The crew completely forgot to mow on the first day and we had to call to get them to come back.  The second time they only mowed the front of our lawn and didn't do the back.  They did a great job last year but this year there seems to be a problem with the crew not doing the work.

I use Clean Cut Property Maintenance all the time because they've also done yard clean up for me. They are good, fast, and always available. They are easy to schedule, they have really reasonable prices, and Mark the owner is really great to work with. Their responsiveness is amazing and act immediately. They come on a Friday and sometimes it's early or sometimes it's late but they always come. We don't have any agreement on exactly what time they're supposed to come. 

Everything with Clean Cut Property Maintenance has been great.

Very professional.  Prices were very reasonable.  We'll use them again for yard work.

Last year, they helped us clear out oak trees. We have been using them for about eight years. They are awesome!

Russ personally came to my house and apologized for the communication problems and promised to make it right.  He came to my house the following weekend and did a fantastic job cleaning out my really messy front flower bed (no small task that took several hours).  Did a better job than I would have.  Even trimmed a tree and fixed up the edging around my yard at no charge.  I respect Clean Cut for turning an initial bad impression into a great experience.  Well done.

Called to make an appointment and left a message that was never returned.  About 1 1/2 weeks later I called again and spoke to Mark.  I made an appointment for an estimate to have some debris removed from my front yard.  Nobody showed up for the estimate and no call.  I called and left another message telling them nobody showed up for the estimate and the call was not returned.

FINALLY a truely professional team of lawn and yard workers!  We had tried several lawn services and Clean Cut does an amazing job!!  Mark Greene is the owner and he is a professional in his business, and is he is very personally!!  He really wants to make sure your lawn and yard work is the way you would want it done, and wants to know if you are not happy with the results!  They truely know how to mow a lawn correctly!!  They understand how to raise and lower their lawn mowers to the length your grass should be cut during the different times of the year so it does not get burned, and they keep their lawn mower blades sharp. They also know how to overlap when they mow, so there are no long streaks of grass that did not get mowed.  He follows up and checks up with you to see if the results are what you want.  Mark Greene is someone you can TRUELY TRUST and he speaks English and his pricing is fair

Initial contact and request for estimate went well and fast.  Some confusion over actual start date and how quickly the work would be completed.  Once that issue was addressed, Mark had a complete crew on site to catch up with schedule.   As with any work like this periodic walk throughs with instructions required to keep things on track.  (One rabbit bush removed by mistake.)   Mark understood what we were trying to achieve from a look and feel perspective and had recommendations that reflected that goal rather than just doing a job.
Would recommend and use again. 

I love these guys!  They show up every Friday cut my lawn and it looks great.  I no longer have to stress over the weekend to get my yard done.  The price is excellent and they are so easy and nice to work with.
Mark is great with suggestions,, he always asks how the work is and is checking to see if things are done right.  They also did some yard clean up early in the season that was wonderful.
